Jo’s a great yoga teacher. She’s open-hearted, encouraging and makes sure we work to our individual flexibilities. She also seems to know just the right stretch our bodies need after strength training in the gym! I also love her inspiring words of wisdom – which stay with me after class and help navigate being in the big wide world.
As a yoga newbie, all my apprehension were quickly dispersed by Jo, who is such asupportive, nurturing and professional teacher. Practise is always well staged and varied, supporting everyone from newbie to the most experienced yogi. Practising yoga with Jo has supported my physical and emotional wellbeing and is now an essential part of my weekly workout regime. Jo and the Coogee Gym community always create such a friendly and relaxed environment to practise. I always leave the class happier, and more focused and looking forward to the next one!
I absolutely love my Tuesday night yoga at Coogee Gym with the fabulous Jo. It’s the perfect mid-week salve for the body and mind. Jo’s style of teaching is perfect for the seasoned yogi or the absolute beginner (like I was).
Tuesday night yoga never disappoints… I always leave the session feeling so incredibly glad I came, centered and ready to attack the last half of the week. Jo is an amazing teacher and provides alternatives so you can always choose something at your level.
