Week 4 Little Bang

As always, begin with your warm-up.

Little Bang
Perform all 5 exercises with one leg, then do A6 and then repeat with the other leg, that equals 1 round. Do 5 rounds.

A1 5 x pistol squats
A2 5 x single leg Romanian deadlifts to stork hold
A3 5 x hops
A4 5 x step back lunges
A5 5 x single leg hamstring curls
A6 50m run or 30 secs running on the spot
